  • Improperly installed previous work

  • Natural ground movement or drainage conditions beyond our control

7. Workmanship & Satisfaction

We take pride in the quality of our workmanship. If a customer has concerns regarding completed work, they should notify us within 7 days of project completion.

Our team will review the issue and determine appropriate solutions when applicable.

Any warranty or workmanship guarantees will be defined within the written project agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D’Carmo Interlocking Pavers shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Property damage caused by pre-existing structural issues
